Dear Guests, Media Representatives
Asalam-u-alikumwaramatullahwabarakatahu.

Today, I am pleased to present Institute of Agricultural Research(SIAR) is a new autonomous institute established in January 2021 and mandated to conduct agricultural research in Somaliland with the aim to contribute to agricultural development, food security, and improved rural household income and nutrition.
